There are two types of the #AIFFUA2024 festival passes:
General pass - 799₴A festival pass for general audience. Please purchase your pass under the link.Create a Ticketsbox account and pay online.
Special pass (for military and veterans) - free of chargeUpload your military ID and receive your pass for free.https://widget.ticketcrm.com/?seasonHash=39d596cb524843a2bb2ac99ca37c400209c05368&lang=ukTo receive a special pass for free, you must upload a photo of your military ID card (or other document verifying your status) to the Ticketsbox service. You may cover or blur out the serial number of your ID. Personal data will be deleted immediately after verifying your status. If you do not wish to send a photo of your ID to confirm your status, you can present the document to the festival staff before the screening to receive a free ticket (if free seats are available).

To attend a screening, reserve free tickets in your personal account on the website ticketsbox.com/ua/ in the "My Subscriptions" - "My Schedule" section.. You can create your own schedule, book and cancel reserved tickets in your personal account.All festival events are available for your type of festival pass.Ticket reservations online are available 7 days before the start of the festival.To attend a screening, show your digital or printed festival pass at the door: all tickets reserved by you will be automatically saved on it.
Booking tickets for screenings with your festival pass:
Booking sessions for the same films is not possible.Booking sessions that run simultaneously is not possible.Please book tickets at least 1 hour before the start of the session.festival pass holders do not have a guaranteed seat in the hall if they have NOT booked a ticket.festival pass holders can book up to 5 tickets simultaneously. The option to continue booking new tickets will appear after the end of the session for which the ticket was previously booked.Viewers cannot book tickets for sessions that run simultaneously or for the same films shown at different times (you must select one between two sessions).
Please note that the number of seats is limited, so please arrive 10 minutes before the screening. If the festival pass holder has booked a ticket but is late for the screening, a free seat cannot be guaranteed.
Festival rules in case of an air raid alert:A sound signal will sound in all cinema premises to announce the alert.All screenings in the cinema will be suspended, and the lights will be turned on in the cinema halls, and a representative of the cinema will enter the hall to inform about the notification.After that, viewers can: leave the cinema and use the nearest shelter (Kontraktova Square metro station) or stay in the cinema and continue watching the movie.Viewers who have left the screening can exchange their available ticket (for a ticket to any other festival film of equivalent value) or return the ticket to the place of purchase.
Festival passes are eligible for return only before the start of the festival.
